Google Accounts for Log Spreadsheet

If people plan on raiding mythic they need to understand logs. I would recommend looking up guides immediately. What is written in that document is very clear. It shows a list of avoidable damage that was taken by each player and what that damage was caused by broken down over the course of the fight and it also has a section showing tank and healer raid cool downs over two fight length attempts and how many times they were used.

This information is going to be organized in one document. Does that mean other people can see it? Absolutely yes! If people have a problem being held accountable for their mistakes then mythic is not the difficulty level for you.

The benefit is when you look at this information as a player you say to yourself, "
damn I could have timed that better, or squeezed a defensive in there to help my healers out. You then take that info and improve for the next raid.

This also allows us to see if there are problems happening week after week by the same person/people. If this is the case, those people will find themselves on the bench.

This is a very helpful tool. I loved the fact that Drai used to go in and rip everything apart because it showed you exactly what you were doing wrong and helped you to become a better player by using this information to fix your mistakes.
